  1. How can I contact you?

  2. How can I change or cancel my order?

    To ensure the fastest possible delivery to you, we process all orders as soon as possible and often within a few minutes of the order being placed. Therefore to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure. Click here for more information about returns.
  3. How will my order be shipped?

    We use various shipping methods, depending on your location, the weight of the goods ordered and what delivery method you choose during the checkout procedure. If you are in the UK, and do not need a guaranteed delivery time, then the best option is often Royal Mail. This is the most inexpensive delivery method for parcels and in many cases we find that the parcels arrive the next day.

  4. When will my order be dispatched?

    Providing the goods ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your order within one working day. Where part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the items which are in stock within one working day, and send the remains to you as soon as they come back into stock. When this occurs, you will not be charged any extra for multiple shipments.
  5. Can I track my order?

    Yes, please login and click on Your Account. Click on the order you would like to track and you will find a real-time updated order status and tracking information.
  6. When will you charge me for my order?

    You will be charged for your order when you checkout.
  7. Can I return my order?

    We deliver to over 75 countries world-wide. If your country is one which we do not currently ship to, please contact us.
  9. Can you special order something for me?

    Yes, we deal with over great manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers and are very happy to special order items which we do not currently stock. Please contact us with the details of the item(s) you wish to order and we will reply with availability, price and expected delivery leadtime.
